It will take 1-3 working days to process your order before it leaves our store. Orders place on Friday until Sunday will only be shipped on Monday of the following week.
We provide both local and international shipping. For international orders, please email us at email@example.com.
Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via email with the tracking number. Sakura Scarf will not be held responsible for any delay in shipment done by Poslaju. Kindly contact Poslaju at 1-300-300-300 (Malaysia) or 603-27279100 (overseas) for your order status. Please keep in mind that tracking number will only be given once the parcel is shipped out from our store.
All orders are charged based on the weight of the parcel. Our system will calculate the weight automatically and the amount you should pay will be displayed at the end of ordering process.
In the event where the addressee is unavailable during time of delivery, they have to pick up their parcel at the nearest Poslaju office.
NO REFUND or EXCHANGE is allowed if the parcel is returned to us when it is unclaimed for over two weeks. You will have to pay the additional shipping charge to have it posted out again.
